Outside Sales Representative

Job Description

  • Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers

  • Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers

  • Attend industry luncheons, trade shows, etc. to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients

  • Keep abreast of industry products, technologies, and trends

  • Host information sessions to educate customers on how services can benefit them

  • Coordinate with the accounts receivable department to ensure that all invoices are paid in full in a timely manner by your customers

  • Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in Sales/Construction

  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics considered an asset

  • Valid Driver’s License
